"Hemos estado 4 noches: ubicación excelente para llegar andando a las Torres Petronas y varias ubicaciones más. En el hotel se cuida el detalle y el gusto en todo. Por ejemlo: uno de los hoteles donde he estado donde las ammenities son excelentes y se eponen todos los dias. El desayuno es muy variado y está muy bueno, tando el dulce como el salado. El personal es genial y todo el mundo está pendiente de ti. La zona piscina es pequeña, pero es normal por el tipo de hotel. Es complicado coger sitio pero hay que adaptarse. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile and quick to assist.
The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with plenty of variety however would have been easier to label food ingredients for those with food allergies. Staff awareness of food allergies will be beneficial "

"Wonderful Birthday Stay!
Had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel KL by Banyan Tree. A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!"
