"Beautiful hotel with kind staff. The rooms are very clean with a beautiful view. The bus stop is just 50m from the hotel, very convenient to get around. We rented scooters through the hotel which also was very easy and the staff helped us with everything. I can definitely recommend this hotel. "

"It was a decent place to lay your head at especially for the price.The rooms were hot and stuffy, only one fan per room and certain people would hog it up for themselves. The staff was nice when I checked in but after that, there was no communication really. That didn’t bother me bc I keep to myself but I did notice the difference. "There are nearly 30 steps to enter the building. I booked last minute not knowing it would be difficult to enter the building to receive the key. I was lucky the housekeeper was there to help me. Phone number listed on Expedia had no service (taxi driver was trying to call for me). No regular reception hours.
Room was clean, but very basic. Not soundproof as listed - could hear TVs from other rooms, and all coming and going (but it was not a problem).
Conveniently located. Pool on rooftop is a large hot tub with cold water. Better to enjoy the beach."
"I had hopes when they were able to accommodate an early check in but was quickly let down. The stated amenities are fraudulently portrayed. There is no restaurant except at the very bottom of a cliff not on premises. The hotel is in extremely poor shape and strongly smelled of sewer. There was not WiFi, no working elevator, no beach shuttle, not even water in the room or nearby to purchase.
The pools were in dire need of a cleaning.
The smell was overwhelming causing us to leave early. Do not stay here."
