"We spent 4 nights at this lodge between 28Dec-1Jan and it was excellent. From check in to check out the process was seamless and we had everything we needed. Lodge was cozy, clean and warm and the bathrooms had actually been updated so were newer and nicer than the pics. Area was lovely and quiet. Had a carvery at the Cider barn restaurant about 5 min drive away and we drove into Weston Super Mare (20 mins) and got wristbands for the pier and did ice skating. "We were in the UK for a family event and needed an place for 6 adults for one week, this place was perfect. Located near enough to the events but far enough to give us some breathing room from the family. The cottage we clean and more importantly, warm on the damp country days and nights. The owner was accommodating because we had an early arrival from the US and when we suddenly found ourselves with an EV that needed charging. All in all a perfect place for a country getaway "

"Amazingly spotless, lots of room. Every room had a wow factor. Our first stay in a luxe Lodge and it didn't dissapoint. Slight issue with ants on the last day after the grounds maintenance but it's expected and spray was provided. Hot tub clean and ph checked every day. Reception were happy to help when we realised the first aid kit was missing and there was a cut finger.
