"My second time at this beautiful hotel. Perfect location, gorgeous clean rooms, wonderful staff. The only thing that I was disappointed about on this trip was that the private elevator to the beach was down for repairs and we had to walk down the street and pay for the public elevator. Other than that it was perfect and this will be temporary. You cannot ask for a better location in Sorrento - highly recommend. "

"We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. We had a couple of queries about getting to places and the couldnt have been more helpful. We booked a trip to Amalfi & Positano with them and it was a great trip, would highly recommend. We had some issues with our transfer on the way home, the reception staff went above and beyond to help us with this and rectify it for us. A stunning, peaceful hotel up in the hills away from all the hussle and bussle of Sorrento. The free shuttle bus into the centre was a god send, and probably the best aperol spritz we had on our holiday! Dont have one negative comment to say about our experience. Thank you to all the staff. "This property was lovely! The shuttle was extremely convenient and saved us so much money on cabs into town. It’s about a 10 minute ride into downtown Sorrento. Breakfast was amazing and the view was INCREDIBLE. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace and having a drink. Only comments to note would be that the pool and jacuzzi close at 7pm which is quite early when the sun sets around 9pm. Also, the restaurant offerings were quite fancy and expensive so we couldn’t have a casual dinner at the hotel for our more low key days. Service was great and we enjoyed reserving time in the small gym available. "

"We loved this property so much. It was a 10 minute walk from the square. There was a beautiful view from the included breakfast, to the lunch restaurant, to the poolside chairs. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We will be back!!"

"Wonderful location, staff, and amenities. The views are spectacular and the grounds are gorgeous. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There were no communication issues and everyone was multilingual. We would certainly stay again. The food was excellent with significant portions. We also had options to dine by the water or above overlooking the water and the boats. The sunset at dinner was magnificent. I would suggest that the hotel give guests a way to express their appreciation via tips on the actual food and beverage bills. I tried to add that on to several bills only to later learn they could not do that. It made tipping the staff for their extraordinary service difficult as I don’t always have cash on hand while on vacation. "
