"The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff were all friendly and very helpful. The facilities were excellent, we enjoyed both the swimming pool and the beach area. We had breakfast included which was very good and we had food on the beach area which was excellent. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all what you need, beds are comfortable and big, our room overlooked the sea and it was a beautiful scene to wake up to. The hotel is within walking distance from the ferry and the town. I definitely recommend this hotel. "

"I cannot more enthusiastically recommend Gran Hotel Royal. We had bay view rooms which were amazing, especially at night with the balconies. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and service impeccable. My son sprained his ankle prior to our stay and they had crutches available as well as further recommendations for medical care. If we are ever back in Sorrento we would stay at the Grand Hotel Royal without hesitation."

The hotel also provides a convenient complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento center every hour, which made exploring the area easy and stress-free. "A bit dated, but big comfortable rooms, a decent enough pool, great breakfast and staff, clean and easy to get to. It is a few blocks from the main centre of town. I would for sure recommend this hotel to everyone, it was fair priced and exactly what we needed. "
