"Close to where all the action is in Parnell for a very good price. It’s not the Ritz but I couldn’t afford that. Was fairly quiet, hot in the room, fan provided. Couldn’t adjust temperature in shower. Wanted a cold one but couldn’t seem to change it. Easy to access. Never actually saw any staff"

"I found this motel to be good value for money. My room was clean and to my liking. Even though it was located on a main road, I found my room to be quiet and I hardly heard any noise from either the traffic or from other guests. I would stay here again."

"Convenient location. The room was spacious with a kitchen, dinning area, lounge, bathroom and two bedrooms. It had a good sized fridge and dishwasher drawer. The bedrooms had storage which was very useful. We liked how the toilet had a sliding door to make it private from then main bathroom. The beds were super comfortable. The boom had a ceiling fan in the main room and a fan in each bedroom but the room was still very hot in summer. The car parking spaces are very narrow. We wanted to go...

"Very convenient place to stay on arrival at Auckland Airport. Spotless apartment. Kitchen equipment adequate for simple food preparation. Maintenance was an issue: The shower rail was broken and the hose leaked so that water pressure in shower was not adequate. Carpet strips not fastened down properly - a trip hazard."

"The room was very clean, and homely the staff were amazing able to help with everything! We did have trouble with the aircon saying it was on but nothing coming out and when the cleaners came in they didn’t refill the toilet paper Overall a really good experience and definitely will be recommending "

"The staff were exceptionally friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very clean and modern. We were on the 11th floor so had an amazing view over the harbour and bridge plus the sky tower which was wonderful at night. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the tower and downtown shopping. We would highly recommended this hotel and would definitely stay again."
