"This is an excellent hotel in a really nice location. There are lots of excellent shopping and dining options in this area, including a 24 hour laundromat and Woolworths. It's 5 mins from the Queenstown Airport. The in house dining option - Podium is really good. It's also not far from the Frankton Bus Interchange, which is the pickup spot for many tour buses. The Queenstown city center is around 15-20 mins away and I recommend taking an Uber/taxi there because parking can be a pain. Really nice and new hotel in a very nice, less crowded part of Queenstown. Highly recommended. "

"Very clean and comfortable! The shared bathrooms were in great condition, perfect water pressure and the communal kitchen area had everything we needed and was always kept clean. Check-in was efficient and friendly, and laundry was easy! Great stay!"

"We loved the location 😊 it was all clean and welcoming. Loved the family room but sadly wasnt told about it which would of been nice at.check in. We also would of loved some cultery and plates as we were traveling with a little one, you provided it apon request which was nice. The heat pump in our room needed filters cleaned, when we put it on heating it smelt horrible. "
