"The hotel was situated on a quiet hill surrounded by trees right outside the city, minutes from everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be returning!"

"I needed a room close to PWM for an early morning flight and for the price it was clean safe and convenient with a shuttle. The property is a little bit “tired” but the staff was really nice from check-in to checkout as well as shuttle driver"

"I recognize it was a budget facility but to walk into a room that hadn't been services to the point where the towels were still on the floor, the beg wasn't made and the trash hadn't been emptied.is a bit more than I can let go. Other than that it was an awesome experience and I would go back. "

"We stay here every year at Christmas time to go shopping. It’s a great hotel. We did notice that housekeeping was slipping a bit this time. Stuff not restocked. We had to get coffee pods and paper cups because they weren’t replenished in between guests. The pillows were not as comfortable as they usually are. Didn’t feel “hotel quality” at all. Little things that could be improved on. Will stay again. "

"Mostly love the hotel however last night I stayed and there was a fire We had to vacate the facility while they put out an elevator motor fire Throughout the ordeal there was no staff direction as we were exiting or re entering the building Some training is needed for staff especially regarding fire emergencies "
