I could understand if something broke while we were using it but they never even checked. Pellet stove was also not working correctly. Spent most of my vacation on the phone trying to fix...

"Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. We enjoyed the deck & BBQ. The shower downstairs was excellent. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook gormet meals. Comfortable furniture. Beds were not to firm but could use a pillow top if your a side sleeper. We would highly recommend this home to anyone & will return there ourselves in the...

"Perfect location for my five day stay with my little dog. Katherine was welcoming when I arrived but I didn’t see her again until I left. Super clean, very large space with all the amenities you could hope for. The full size refrigerator/freezer and oven are above what you usually find in rental spaces that contain a microwave and coffee pot. Would definitely return for another stay. Everything was perfect! "
