"New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville."

"If you like Barbie this is your space. Super cute decor and nestled in the middle of Midtown Sacramento. Very close to a lot of great dining and shopping experiences. Can be a bit noisy on weekends due to volume of visitors to the neighborhood but overall highly recommend!"

"The apartment is one of four units. The unit has many modern upgrades, and is a decent space to work as a base during a Sacramento visit. There are many good food options nearby, but some basic kitchen prep and serving utensils are provided. "

"This upstairs unit is a spotless, snug apartment in a central location to all Sacramento has to offer. Cautions - This is a building from the 1890s. The off street parking is a plus, but be warned, it is as narrow as advertised. The interior stairs are steep and a bit irregular. We didn't have a problem, but thought they were worth mentioning. There aren't any extra blankets and no heat in the front bedroom unless you leave the door open to the living room. The back bedroom (converted porch)...

"The studio was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. All the amenities you need are available, kitchen was full size and living area was comfortable and worked well for the visit. Host (Noah) was always available and quick to respond if any questions needed answered. Very convenient to UC Davis Medical Center, my purpose this trip. Would definitely recommend and if in the area again I will definitely look him up again!"
