Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. "The house was perfect for our group with 1 exception. In spite of numerous efforts to get the pool heater working it did not work and we were disappointed that we were unable to use the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were 2 reasons that we chose to stay there as the adults and especially our grandchildren were really looking forward to swimming and soaking. The host was very active in trying to get this rectified but it wasn't to be."
