"We thoroughly enjoyed our week plus at this beautiful home. We had issues with the pool heat and hot tub heat, but after a day someone came to fix it & they ran fine after. We had two lightbulbs out which I reported. The contact rep said they would come take care of them the next day, but this never happened. Otherwise, a wonderful stay with plenty of room and delight for our family group of 10. "

"The house was exactly what we needed. It was close for both our work commimments and also for our Disney time when work was over.The house exceeded our expectations it was clean, roomy but most of all FUN to stay in. There was something for everybody. from the "Frozen" theamed bedroom through to the Games room and Pool with Hot tub!"

"We had a magical experience on our first family trip to Orlando to visit Disney and Universal. When looking for nearby accommodations we found this gem, with awesome Disney themed rooms for the kids and classy rooms for the adults to enjoy. Despite a cold snap while there, we spent hours in and around the pool most days, thankfully having added on the pool/spa heating. "Lovely villa, excellent area to stay, we loved the club house and all the amenities. Would definitely stay again. Any problems we had were sorted quickly, excellent service. "

"The home and location were just as stated on line. We paid extra for the pool to heated during our stay and it was perfect. The home is within easy access to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and theme parks. The home had lots of glasses, dishes, and cutlery. The downside to our trip was it there was not enough essentials in the home. There was 6 adults and 3 children in our group and we stayed for 9 days. We only had the 1 roll of toilet paper that was on the dispenser in each bathroom,...

"Basically nice and convenient property. Jump to the cons: dated, ceiling fan in living room absolutely filthy. Two story house with 1 thermostat, upstairs hot and lower level cold. Ordered pool heated and couldn't get water above 70⁰ ( note: it was unusually cold during our stay. Owner was very responsive and refunded heating fees in full.) Even with just a 2 night stay we ran out of toilet paper. There wasn't even half a roll in each bathroom.We were only there for 2 nights before a cruise so...

"The house was great and fit our needs very well. Large kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, as well as well-stocked cupboards with dishes. The dining and living room area was comfortable for all of us. The game room was wonderful for the kids and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Located close to many parks and shopping areas. "Location was great, about 20-30 minutes to Disney, Discovery Cove, and Universal. About an hour from Cocoa Beach. Communication, quiet yard, and space was amazing. Would love to stay again!! Only suggestion is to list what types of laundry soap (HE), coffee filters(size - *4 cup filters were provided for a 12 cup machine*), and dishwasher tablets (1 was provided) but no dish soap for overflow. "A. I would stay here again and again. Didn’t have any children with us but would have been great for them too. Clean, comfortable , spacious, plenty of restrooms, and the pool was great. If you add pool heat, just be prepared that it is going to take a day after your arrival to warm up it will not be warm when you arrive. Theater room was cool. Game room was cool. And themed bedrooms were really cool. Again, no kids with us, but my kids would have loved it. Thanks for the great stay!"

There are minor inconveniences like about 10%of VRBO rental properties share;No Kleenex boxed, no extra toilet papers, no dishwashing items such as brushes, sponges, cloth etc., no salt and peppers, only a small handwashing soap but no regular soaps, shampoo or conditioner, etc. "
