"Check in - Monica (staff member) so helpful, friendly, felt as if she really cared that we were happy. We used to stay when the property was a Premier Inn. Improvements have been made, but the fact that you can’t control the heating in the rooms - not good - far TOO HOT!! You can’t open windows (totally understand why). Bathroom a bit tired. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again. Room 1119."

"The colleagues are helpful, courteous and friendly. The food both in the evening and at breakfast was good. Plenty of onsite parking. Good size comfy room. Improvements 1. Ensure all the lifts are operational as there were long waits and queues to use the one small lift that was working. 2. Update the aircon controls in the room to a more modern type. "I love the citizen m for the very comfortable beds. The staff were attentive. My room albeit clean and tidy and comfortable wasn’t ideal as I had a very rare night away from the kids. Was looking to relax with Netflix however the media system didn’t allow the cast, the radio wasn’t working ?weather related.
