"Good pet friendly hotel"

"The reason communication was terrible is because the beach was contaminated and they did not warn guests of the risk. (DOH-Collier issues water quality health advisory on three Marco Island beaches; E coli at issue) The hotel has very good facilities and fun activities for children and adults. "The room and social areas were clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting by the pool. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was excellent. However, the restaurant service was the worst. Not enough staff, too long of a wait for the food, confusing messages about the use of the coupon voucher given at arrival. "

"Our flight arrived at 8 pm. We walked over to the hotel. And walked back to the airport the next morning to pick up our rental car. We saved one day of car rental. Hotel is a bit outdated. Other than that, everything was fine. "
