"Room was spaciousness and clean. Staff was helpful. Beds were comfortable. They just need to fix the elevator because when going up to the 3rd floor and it stops, it drops and make a loud banging noise. I was terrified to use it after that because I cannot navigate stairs very easily due to severe knee issues."
