"Stayed here for New Year’s Eve, grew up going to Chicago with family living there and never had a chance to explore! The hotel was in the perfect location and was beautiful. Staff was great! Only con was the pillows being way too flat, but I usually always bring my own. "

"Easy check-in only snafu keycard didn’t work. Our room was a little dirty needs maintenance: broken stained blackout shade; visible dirt scuffs walls/baseboards, bathroom mirror has finish stains. "The views of this property are AMAZING! I stayed a total of 6 days the valet service is PHENOMENAL! It’s in walking distance of Michigan Ave where all the shopping is! It was clean safe and very comfortable! I would recommend this hotel again and again. I WILL BE BACK!!!"

"This hotel is great for value. It is clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our main issues would be: - the beds could use some updating. The mattresses are a bit worn and the pillows were very uncomfortable. We needed to ask for extras because of how flat they were - there was only one working elevator (two out of service) and it took a long time each day to get up or down but especially down Overall it was good and definitely worth it for the price.
