"Outstanding Service and Support in a Challenging Situation I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Windsor Hotel & Suites and was deeply impressed by the exceptional service from the hotel staff. During my stay, I accidentally drove down an icy ramp in the parking area and couldn’t get back up. After calling CAA and learning it would take over an hour for assistance, I reached out to the hotel for help. The staff responded immediately and went above and beyond to assist me. They came with salt to melt the ice and even shoveled the ramp to ensure I could safely drive out. Their kindness, quick action, and willingness to help truly made a stressful situation much easier. While my car did sustain minor damage from sliding into a wall, I am incredibly grateful for the staff’s efforts, which ensured my safety and allowed me to resolve the issue quickly. I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Windsor Hotel & Suites, not only for its comfortable amenities but for the exceptional care and dedication of its staff. Their support during a difficult moment made all the difference."
