"The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. "This place is literally falling apart. It hasn’t been updated since the 90s. The mattress was rock hard and the sheets paper thin. The curtains were dusty and dirty. The towels look like they have been through a lot. No toiletries in the ancient bathroom and the shower curtain was moldy.
