Experience this magical city in all its splendor. This newly renovated 3/2 home is yours to experience. Just steps from all the action on the square. Located just off the main Avenue near the Casa Monica Hotel on the famous St George Avenue. Our luxurious bungalow is situated on Maria Sanchez lake in heart of the historic District of St. Augustine. Enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sun set over the lake and the reflection of the day sparkles on the water. It truly is magical.

A short walking distance to museums, shops, and restaurants on Saint George Street. Flagler College, the Lightner Museum, San Sebastián Winery, horse carriage tours, trolley tours, art galleries and all the attractions of America's Oldest City are with in steps. Our bungalow is close to the action yet far enough to offer all the peace and quiet you need in a vacation getaway. So when you want Live music, scrumptious food, craft drinks, and the hustle and bustle of people walking the historic, cobblestone roads just head north a few blocks and you’re in the heart of all the splendor of Saint Augustine.

Our favorite restaurants close to the home are The Blue Hen and The Ice Plant in Linconville.

An entire renovation was just completed with top of line furnishings. Gourmet Kitchen and Luxury Bathrooms. This 3-bed, 2-bath home sleeps up to 6 guests.

There are 2 spaces available to park on our property. You can also park in front of the house. This is a rarity in the old town.

Beaches are just a 10 min drive. Anglers enjoy fishing at Vilano Beach Pier, a four-mile drive, or head to St. Augustine Beach for kayaking or sunbathing, seven miles away. For guests seeking shopping therapy, there are two malls within two miles. Jacksonville International Airport is a 73-mile drive from our home.

We are located minutes away from Vilano Beach, Flagler Beach, and Anastasia Island.

Beautiful little cottage
This house was lovely and we really enjoyed the peacefulness of the waterway! We loved being able to walk to the historic district and did so multiple times daily! The house itself had everything we needed and was nicely updated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked.

Well-Appointed Cottage
We've stayed in quite a few VRBO's. This is probably the most well-appointed, well-stocked property in which we have stayed. Everything is so nicely designed, it is so comfortable, and has anything and everything you need as far as kitchen supplies, linens, pillows... even has beach towels which I didn't see in the description but were pleasantly surprised to find provided for the one day we hit the beach. We didn't really use the back yard, as we so enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the water flow, fish jump, and horse carriages occasionally go by. Also great location - near enough to walk into town, but far enough away to be a quiet retreat. Highly recommended!

Comfortable location!
CLEAN and quiet home with everything we needed. Beautiful kitchen (wine fridge -nice touch.) Nice large master bathroom. Comfy beds. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Peaceful area to sit on the front porch with coffee. Safe feeling neighborhood. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Fantastic rental cottage in St. Augustine!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this historic St. Augustine cottage! I'm always a little nervous about vacation rentals wondering if it will be clean and comfortable. This rental home exceeded my expectations! It was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook and the views of the small lake out front are spectacular during sunset hours. Having a full sized washer & dryer were great since we needed to wash most of our clothes due to the heat. They even left laundry pods for our use! The owner leaves the number where you can get assistance with the house for any issues that arise. And they are very attentive and prompt at addressing any issues. My husband successfully fished every day (catch and release) and enjoyed seeing friendly neighbors and the abundant wildlife. We felt very safe in this neighborhood with helpful neighbors and plenty of people walking and jogging. It is fairly close to Old Town with the walk being around 1 mile. We drove to downtown most days just due to the June heat. Parking was usually not a problem with people coming and going at fairly regular intervals. We absolutely love The Columbia restaurant and ate there a couple of nights. We definitely recommend trying their 1905 salad and my husband loved their seafood pasta dish. You will not run out of things to do in this area and hopefully will make many great memories like we did! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great City Bungalow!
What a cute house! Everything was perfect. We especially liked the private backyard and front row seat for fish jumping in the lake. We had everything we needed, were close to downtown, loved the cute decor, and enjoyed the super clean space.

Wonderful cozy location
Close to shopping and site seeing by walking. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Cute little backyard with putting green. No blackout curtains, so you wake with the sun.internet sketchy on T.V. Nice size rooms and comfortable linens. Large master bedroom and bath. Plenty of hangers and creature comforts. Lighted makeup mirror a plus. Very clean and organized. Definitely recommend.

Great Property/Great Host
The property was conveniently located a short distance from the historic downtown, in a quiet neighborhood with parking. We had bikes, so we rode to town everyday, and sometimes, twice a day. Our host Steve was easy to connect with and flexible with the check in and out arrangements. House was super clean and exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend this property while staying in St. Augustine!

Amazing stay!
This home was everything and more than we expected! Lovely updated home with gourmet kitchen, beautiful property and fantastic location! We enjoyed the front porch with with the warm afternoon sun every day, and the dog friendly back yard. The location on Lake Maria Sanchez was very friendly and peaceful. A wonderful, walkable distance to historic St Augustine and many restaurants and bars. And an easy drive to the beaches and other attractions! We will be back!

Absolutely perfect!
This home is a true gem - even better than the photos! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, well-equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was beautiful. The backyard putting green was so fun! We could easily walk to Old Town St. Augustine so we were able to do a lot of sightseeing, walked to dining options, and enjoyed strolling the neighborhood. There are lots of interesting historic homes in Lincolnville as well as Old Town. If we return to St. Augustine, we will be sure to stay here. This was an absolutely perfect home.

Adorable Bungalow
Charming cottage with all the amenities and beautifully decorated. The location is ideally situated as we were able to walk to the St. Augustine downtown as parking is an issue. It was an idyllic setting as we sat on the front porch and drank wine and watched the fish perform acrobatic jumps.

The location and the overall design of this house was very nice. But, the house had a very musty smell. The floors buckled in numerous places and we spotted black mold in the shower in the guest bathroom. Water damage must have occurred. Knowing that you had renters coming some of these problems should have been addressed prior to our arrival. Or a text/call to us letting us know that the cottage wasn’t ready to rent due to the problems. Also the shades in the bedrooms are see through from the street. Not a good thing.

Beautiful fully renovated cottage!
My 2 sisters and I brought our Mom here the first weekend in Dec to see the Christmas lights. We had an amazing stay at this beautifully remodeled house. The house is gorgeous and so relaxing sitting out in the Adirondacks with a glass of wine overlooking the little lake. The location is great it just a half mile walk to the historic/shopping area. It was just a little too far for my mom who is almost 80. Getting there was no problem, but after walking around all day she was too tired to walk back. Someone would usually walk back to get the car and pick her up. The house has everything you could possibly need- Keurig coffee maker, wine chiller, and the kitchen is very well stocked! Property Manager was very responsive to any questions. You cannot go wrong with this rental, we would definitely return!
