The hotel is in need of some renovations. Common areas do not match the rooms quality. Great place to just lay your head down but rooms are nothing to write home about. Customer service is subpar, not very welcoming or pleasant.

Property was fine - very well situated and nice view of Nelson's Column and the Wheel from my room. But the room felt a little old and tired. Shower wasn't great and the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. A little disappointing for the money.

Me gustó y es muy importante la ubicación del Hotel. Fuimos de luna de y no tuvimos ni un pequeño detalle. La limpieza, llegamos un día a las 19h después de un largo tour y la habitación estaba sin hacer, también muy pobre en accesorios baño.
