"My husband and I stayed at this property for two nights. The place is cozy and clean. The bathroom is really spacious, the bed and pillows are comfy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and recommend it. I do give it a 5 star review but just one suggestion would be to perhaps replace the wall AC unit to make it a bit quieter. "This experience was a nightmare. Couldn't get inside the property at first, was not given the "executive" room I paid extra for, communication was rude and inefficient, and the room I was given was a mess - wallpaper peeling from the ceiling, uncleaned shower with soap and scum everywhere. When I arrived at the property, my code did not work. I sat on the front steps for 45 minutes trying to call the host, being sent to voicemail each time, only to get text responses saying I was doing it wrong....

"The condo was as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Great location. For light sleepers and those who enjoy watching tv the traffic is steady and is sometimes very loud. We would stay here again. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, manatees, fish jumping, boats and some beautiful sunsets from the balcony."

"Perfect location to explore downtown St Pete. Neighborhood is safe. Very comfortable beds. We had an issue with the AC upon arrival. Excellent communication with owner and she made it right and had someone come out the next day on a holiday to fix it. Would highly recommend this property!"
