"Stayed here for a long weekend with friends. The home was mostly as described with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and nice living spaces. It's in a good location, close to downtown St. Pete, and directly across from a Crescent Lake, which has a nice walking/jogging path around it. Note that pictures on the rental listing clearly show a hot tub in the outdoor space, but it is no longer there, replaced by a table and chairs. They should note this in the description and/or update the...

"This unit worked well for two couples. The space is small, but thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen is very functional and there was an apartment sized fridge rather than the under-the-counter one pictured. Also 3 TV tables, 4 folding chairs, and a folding table. Plenty of towels, and beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella in the laundry room. Recommended."

"There's just something about this house, we were comfortable from day one. The living room and screen porch both provide excellent spaces to read, watch TV, socialize, etc. There's a large, fenced yard that allows for privacy and another space to relax. The bed is super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and a nice place to walk. The location is very convenient to all kinds of activities and restaurants. "Everything about the stay was 5 start except the cleanliness of the hottub and pool The house was beautiful and the furniture/beds were comfortable and inviting. The only complaint we had was that the pool and hot tub were not cleaned and ready for us to use. The property manager responded quicky to our call about this but as we were only there for 3 nights, it really wasn't enough time for the pool nor hottub to clear up to use."

"We’re able to get into the house early due to flight arriving at 9 AM for min cost. Exactly as it looked online too. "

"Pool pump non functioning. Pool not heatedHad to purchase extra spoons and plates for guests. Weeds growing on top of roof and covering to pool.No dressers in rooms or place to put suitcases. Easy access to house. The manager was very available via phone. She sent pots and pans that were needed. Indoor furniture and beds were comfortable. Garage was not available for storage. "

"Just a terrific place to stay. The location is great—close to downtown, Pasadena, Gulfport and the beaches (with the Sun Runner running just a few blocks away). The house itself is well done inside—comfortable beds, a nice living-dining area, and a big, well-furnished kitchen if you want to cook ( plus a grill outside). Joe and Nick are excellent hosts —responsive and on top of things. We will use this place whenever we are in Dt. Pete."

"We were a group of 5 friends who spent a week at Casa Dolphina and really enjoyed ourselves. The property is awesome, great views and sunsets, you never want to leave. Check in and check out were very easy and the owners were awesome to deal with. Thank you Fabienne and Gerold."

"This is the perfect place for anyone looking for some of everything. Plenty of quiet relaxation space along with nice bedroom and dining area. Enough space to cook any meal and even extras that you might not have thought about bringing or knew you needed. We will be coming back again for certain! Jo-An is great too. :)"

"Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up). We booked a room for 4 single people and they only set it up for 2 people.They refused to give us a...
