Private: beautiful garden to relax. In the house: sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Stanzach Blockau" 450 m, outdoor swimming pool 18 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 500 m, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, cross country ski track 700 m. Nearby attractions: Burgwelt Ehrenberg mit highline179 18 km, Alpentherme Ehrenberg 18 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Warth/Lech am Arlberg 40 km, Bergwelt Hahnenkamm 16 km, Familienschilifte Stanzach 2 km. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed, 1 car) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. In addition, there is a "sleeping barrel", a sauna and a bathing cup on the terrace, hidden from view!
