"This hotel is beautiful, it has been very sympathetically restored and is immaculately clean. As others have noted staff/service lets it down. There is no friendly welcome, no how was your stay and the breakfast staff hide in the kitchen. If you work in hospitality you have to be able to interact with your guests.
