Some rooms have a place to hang skiis and poles, although you may have to request it since I didn't get a room with this feature this year. Rooms are kept nice and warm, and comes with a small kitchen. Continental breakfast in the morning has limited options but it's free food. "Shower a bit small, no air conditioning, knob on screen door a bit hard to turn from the inside because of the door frame, overhead light/fan combination and wall switches a bit confusing. But loved the location -- easy walk to restaurants, beach views, bike rentals. Worked out very nicely for a several day getaway. Will definitely consider staying here again."

"Just a quick day trip for a birthday after spending 2 months in a camper. Was looking forward to a comfy bed and a hot shower. The hot shower was fantastic but the bed was lacking. It was incredibly worn with butt divots. Area and the place was great, but they need to replace the beds!"

"The dishes in the cabinet were greasy upon arrival. We had a leaking toilet, both shower heads were leaking, requiring someone from maintenance who came over but left behind used towels on the floor and a box of AA and AAA batteries. There was a build up of dust under the sofa and caked onto the furnace. The shower floors were peeling and cracked. We had a curtain that couldn't be closed in the kitchen, and one in the bedroom would not properly close that light always got inside. One of the TV...

"This property was absolutely stunning. First, The interior was gorgeous, and also so roomy! The listing indicated the downstairs area had one queen bed, but in fact it had two. There were no photographs of the downstairs area so this was a pleasant surprise. The outdoor area had a frisbee golf court, which the kids lived! The check in process was so easy. The staff was kind and quick to respond when I reached out with questions. Our family will definitely be staying again in the future! "

"Showers were solid. Provided shampoo and body wash powder was horrible- hard to use and lasted 1 day for a 5 day trip Water pressure in 1 was very weak. Heating was good but very drying- need some kind of humidifier Check in experience was terrible. Was given 1 code for 5 apartments. Called and was given additional codes which didn’t work. Eventually worked out that the codes Vacasa had for apartments A-E didn’t correspond to the actual apartments which are numbered 1-5."

Getting a hold of someone was very easy if there were any issues and the rooms are way larger than I thought they would be. I totally would recommend to a friend for a family vacation or a friend vacation there was SO much space! :) if I travel with a larger group again I would definitely look into this place in the future! Conveniently located pet-friendly hotel

"We love Three Peaks, it’s the best pet-friendly hotel in the Stateline / Lakeside area where we prefer to stay. The suites are spacious, comfy and the kitchen is equipped with everything we need. The location is convenient, just a couple of blocks from the beach, casinos, stores and restaurants. It’s so nice to stay at a hotel where pets are welcome, it makes vacationing so much simpler and enjoyable for us to be able to travel without fur baby. This is the fourth time we’ve stayed here and we plan to stay here again. "

"Staff seemed “put out” when we has any issues, often said basically ‘that’s not my department.” We had 2 rooms and the heating and air didn’t work in one for 2 days. Staff kept saying there’s nothing they could do but we persisted and they finally sent someone who fixed it in about 30 minutes. The entire lobby was closed for a New Year’s party for only ages 21 & upon New Year’s Eve but we could watch & hear the whole thing from our balcony. Shouldn’t market as a “family” resort when NYE was closed to anyone under 21. Looked like there were very few people there anyway. Bars don’t open til 4. We would have gladly spent $ on drinks there if bar was open earlier but had to go elsewhere. Hot tub was NASTY. "
