"We love The Ridge. Have been coming since 1988. Would recommend for families. This particular location was great. The power in the bathroom went out our last day, but it was just the toilet/shower area so it wasn't a big deal to work around it. The both hot tubs in the building were not working and it looked like the out of service sign had been there for a while. So expect to trudge to another building if you want to go in a hot tub. "

Incorrect room arrangements We booked a 2 bedroom 2 twin beds and one queen, we received a 2 bedroom 2 queens We got a completely different room than the pictures. We booked this place for the ski in ski out and the bath tub. We did not get a either. Our room was much smaller than advertised 3. Was told a 6 person room, while it only fits 4 4.
