"Check in was a disaster. They didn't communicate through email any check in instructions, they use an App that I don't have or use. Once we cleared that up it took almost an hour from the time I got the the property to figure out their demands to get an expensive deposit made until I could get a code to get into the place. The management company the owner uses for check in is a disaster. Poor customer service, didn't respond to most emails. The place itself is small and basic which is fine....

"The house is good but it was not very clean. The entrance looked like it hadn’t been swept in 6 months. The trashcan outside was full. One of the sheets was stained. One of the showers was clogged. They only left us 1 trash bag for the whole week. The house is good it’s just a shame they don’t clean it properly. I did send pictures of the house and did expect them to send some one toast least clean the entrance. But they never did. "
