A well appointed 2 bedroomed semi-detached house just a short stroll into the Centre of Historic Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. Sleeping up to 4 Adults in two double bedrooms.

Very well located for easy walking distance into Stratford-upon-Avon the property also benefits from having its own designated secure parking spaces on the driveway.

You can see the flagpole of the Birthplace and the spire of Holy Trinity Church from the front bedroom, so Shakespeare's birthplace and grave in one go!

Downstairs the property benefits from having a separate kitchen area equipped with everything you need for home cooking. The property also has a large lounge area with a Smart TV and also a conservatory with comfy sofas to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Upstairs, the property has a King Sized bed in one room, and a Double bed in the other.

The property also has a private, fully fenced garden with relaxing chairs, offering guests the opportunity to unwind and relax in the English Summer sunshine.

Guests have exclusive access to the whole of the property for the entirety of their stay.
