"This is our second time in Istanbul in 6 months. Every time we come into town we will stay at the Sultanhan hotel. The staff is incredible The manager Enginis great- he knows all guests and can arrange anything for your stay. The hotel is situated in the middle of the old town—-we walked to everything we wanted to see during our entire stay and finally they have a restaurant on their 6 th floor that has the best view in town. "The location is very good, walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia in less than 10 minutes. It is also closed to the tram station. Many restaurants next to the hotel, but they server almost all the same foods. Property is good. Room is on the small size for standard room. The shampoo dispenser is broken and they did not fix it after I told them for the 4 days that I stayed there. The AC does not seem to be that cool. Overall, it is OK but have room for improvements."

"The location was superb. Whilst it didn't have the feel of a five start hotel, it was spotless and delivered what it needed to. Best of all were the staff, who were all great. Of them all though, Ali A and Hussain were the shining stars! They went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect to make our stay perfect."
