"Solid stay, would consider again I had a good experience at The Ridge Hotel. The bed was just okay, but I still slept well, which is what matters most. There’s a bar across the street that plays loud music, but it quieted down around 11 p.m., so it didn’t bother me too much. The location is great — super convenient. There was a bit of rust in the bathroom, but aside from that, everything was fine. Overall, a decent stay."

"Perfect location for exploring the tourist sites of NYC. We could easily walk to Times Square, Grand Central (Summit), Rockefeller Center and Subway access was close. The area of the hotel was so much quieter than other options I looked at and the staff were super helpful regarding directions. Breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day. Highly recommend. "

"It was NYC so we expected it to be expensive and cramped, which it was. The room was meh. Not great, not bad. The bed was too soft for our liking, but we like firm mattresses. We spent three nights and slept pretty well. The best parts were the location and roof-top bar. It is rated as one of the best roof-top bars in New York, and we saw why -- great views of Empire State and more. We would go back, but we wouldn't rush back."
