Location was okay and they had cart to take you to beach or market but the trouble was if you spoke english they ignored you. There was No customer service at all at the hotel. Nobody asked us if we wanted a drink while at the pool and we had lunch once at the hotel and we where the only one in there eating.. too bad for a hotel to have zero customer service

This place has not been finished (May 2019). The cable car to get there is great, then you line up for 20 min to get a buggy ride to the beach area. The beach is clean but busy. It looks impressive for when it is finished. We passed through as part of a day tour
