The rooms - we stayed in a sea view hill pool villa - have fantastic views and are huge providing a real sense of space and privacy. The quality of the food is excellent as well but what makes this place truly exceptional is the quality of service. The staff are so friendly and go to huge lengths to ensure guests' stays are as close to perfection as possible. Its the little touches that we liked - lovely birthday cake and tree planting ceremony on birthdays and the traditional Vietnamese afternoon tea experience."

The highlight was the stunning views of the river, city skyline, and iconic Dragon Bridge, which we enjoyed from our family room on a high floor. The hotel’s indoor and outdoor pools were a great touch, offering year-round usability and keeping the kids entertained, though we would have used them more if the weather had been warmer. Breakfast was a treat, with a wide variety of options available across multiple restaurants. "We had really great stay for 4 nights in Sanouva Danang. Manager Huu Duc and staff were extremely helpful. We got free 30min spa vouchers for all the members which had foot reflexology or head, back shoulder massage. Service was really superb for the spa. Wang and Hyuyen did really great job. Ambience and amenities of the hotel are very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much."
