"Absolutely the nicest place to stay. We had the best time. The house had everything that you could possibly need. We had a toddler and the home was very accommodating. from toys to beach wagon. It has a large island in the kitchen with stools making it so nice to eat as a family. Very comfortable home. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a great time. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this house so much! Ernest is a wonderful host and messaged us to be sure we were enjoying our stay. The house is spacious & the open floor plan allowed us to be together whether someone was cooking, lounging on the couch or working a puzzle at the large dining table. The beach is only a short walk away so we were able to easily go back & forth for breaks, lunch, etc. Our dogs were so happy to be able to join us for vacation! The new fence Ernest installed is wonderful and I loved the security that our dogs (and kids) couldn't try to wander to the beach themselves lol. We can’t wait to return to Topsail and Ernest’s beautiful house!! "

"This is our third time in this beautiful home in Surf City. We love this location. The house is perfect,the communication with Tom is always quick they have a fenced in area. Great for the dogs. Just walk across the street and you're at the beach. We definitely will be back"

"Our stay here was so amazing. Our check in process was great and we were able to check in a lot earlier than expected to spend the day by the beach. There were tons of additional perks included that we got to enjoy like all the beach gear and a wagon. Jim even set up an extension cord for us to charge our electric car. On top of all of that we were allowed to stay late into the last day because no one was checking in after us. Would highly recommend this spot!!"

"We did get a lot of rain but still had a great getaway. This place is close to the beach and there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Unit was clean and well appointed. Glad there is an elevator for the 4th floor! "
