"The property is in a great location with ample space. Rooms were spacious and furnished well. We just had two minor comments - the stove top runs very hot. The upstairs shower/tub combo only has water for tub - the shower did not work. We had a very nice relaxing holiday and would rent the house again. Also, I have already recommended the place to a friend."

"Perfect location, can’t get any closer to the beach. Nice and quiet. House was very clean and up to date. Was exactly as pictured in the listing. Only incredibly minor complaint was that the smoke alarm is super sensitive and went off every time we used the oven. Better to work than not at all though! Definitely will be coming back. "

"So many wonderful things about this house! Location - could walk to restaurants, Inis Spa (the best), stores, and easy walk down to the beach from the house stairs. Having 3 king size bed suites was ideal, lots of room and privacy. The elevator was a great feature, and necessary for our group.I enjoy going to a home which looks like a home, with comfortable furniture, nice decor, and plenty of kitchen gear and spices, etc. The view was AMAZING! Finally, communication with the owners was smooth...

"This was a great location and beautiful place. Had all the amenities that the site said it did. The Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/silverware, pots and pans, etc!!!!!!!The only downside to this, we were not aware that when we arrived, we had to make our own beds. This is not something that I/we have ever had to do in any other VRBO we have stayed at. would have been nice to know this before we got there."

"It was really nice. Two things though. Dishes were still in dishwasher. They were clean. I put them away. Secondly, the living room floor was a bit unclean. Our small dog found two hard crackers with garlic on them and a popsicle stick. I think they were at the edge of the front of the couchs.Otherwise, everything was good."

"This property is oceanfront and in the perfect location! Very nice place and plenty of room for all 8 of us. Upon check-in we did notice sand on the kitchen counters, in the kitchen floor, in some of the bedroom drawers and on the sofas. There was also trash from the previous renter on the floor under the edge of the sofa. But these were easily fixed and the rest of the unit was very clean! Owner was attentive and responsive, and great about keeping us updated on the tropical storm moving...

"We stay at this property the week after Xmas to catch up with teens/adult kids. The 4 bedrooms are perfect and the area is very close to beach access. There is a great area for family games. The TV is big enough for football fans to be happy :) Linens are provided. Beds are very comfortable. Pets are welcome and taking the dogs on the beach is one of my very favorite aspectsThanks to Tom for SAVING us when we locked ourselves out!!!"
