"This is a house where the owner rents a few of her rooms. The bathroom is shared. This wasn’t exactly clear to me. My room had a fridge but no microwave. The owner let me use the microwave in her kitchen. Also, I was able to make coffee in the morning in her kitchen.Anyway, it’s a nice house and the owner is very pleasant and friendly."

"Absolutely horrible, the room smelled like smoke, I couldn’t check in until exactly 3pm, the room look like it was being remodeled and they ran out of money half way, the walls still had the paint and some nails sticking out where a counter was removed and the curtains were changed out. The carpet was filthy, the bed (if you can even call it that) was hard as rock, I felt like I was sleeping on the box spring. The tub had a crack in it and there was hair on the wall from the previous person...
