"in more than 10 years of business travel around Asia, this was the first time that the cleaning lady left me a hand-written note related to things left in my room - a do not disturb sign and a laundry bag without the request filled-out. While a small thing, together with the friendly and helpful staff of the hotel, this has to be my single most satisfying stay at a hotel ever. I would highly recommend this hotel to others looking to stay in Suzhou."
