"The hotel is situated slap bang in the city centre directly across the road from the station. The staff are always awesome, friendly, polite and generally engaging and efficient. I have to say the breakfast is top class, love breakfast in this place. Another pleasant stay."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and we are going to rebook for December this year. The staff are very friendly , zoe waited on at breakfast at both mornings she went out of her way to check we were happy , full and nothing was too much trouble , such as assettto have on board . The room was clean and tidy , fresh tea and coffee daily , fresh towels daily , biscuits daily , shower gel , hand wash , powerful hairdryer , good solid walls , no noise , perfect all round "

"Feiendly staff especially at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Room had been refurbished since our last visit but rest of hotel is showing it's age. Focus needed on tidiness of outside areas. There was an empty beer can on the grass that remained there for the 4 days (3 nights) of our stay."

"We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. The shower was hot, but it felt as though one of the tiles on the wet room floor was a bit wobbly. Last time we had a bath, so next time we are going to ask for a bath. The breakfast was excellent and the complimentary snacks with our evening drink was a nice bonus. We would have eaten at the Ibis but the day we chose the main chef wasn’t in and the restricted menu for that day didn’t have a vegan option. The Ibis was situated just off the main road but we didn’t get any road noise, the car park wasn’t full and we were able to charge our car easily. The park and ride is opposite if you don’t want to drive, "

"Incredible staff who could not be friendlier throughout our stay, from the check in, recommendations, and room upgrade as we were celebrating our anniversary too. Rooms are clean and huge and it is directly across Wind Street for bars, restaurants and shopping. Brilliant stay"

"Location is excellent. A quick walk to Oystermouth Castle and Oyster Bay. Restaurant menu is diverse and food is delicious. Staff is excellent. Many thanks to Arun and Josie and the rest of the staff who insured our stay was most enjoyable. "
