Fantastic location, walkable to many attractions, restaurants and shopping as week as Zurich HB, metro and business. Staff were helpful and nice, breakfast was delicious. "Ameron has great location and it's very close to the train station and the Chapel Bridge. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the room includes good breakfast with big variety. However, there were two issues during our stay: 1) As a family of 4, we booked two rooms. The bathtub drain in one of the rooms (#523) didn't work and the on/off switch for the shower was broken. 2) The sensor of the hotel had problem on the night of New Year's Eve and the alarm went off 5 times at midnight which was...

"This was an awesome hotel. 10' walk from train station and no stairs (however, there are cobblestones). The front desk staff were particularly awesome. I forget her name, but one of the ladies was so helpful when my husband needed some medical help. Very much appreciated! The only small negative is that the soap dispensers were VERY hard for me to squeeze (both shower & sink) to get soap dispensed - but I do have arthritis :( Other than that, don't hesitate to book these lovely, yet affordable...

"It’s a good value and the location is superb! The owner is a nice gentleman from Korea is professional and friendly. The lady who cleans the room from Sri Lanka. Was very nice detailed in her cleaning and also very nice! Kudos to all!!!"
