"Chose unit due to great position for my operation at RPA. Unit was light and airy with a quiet, private courtyard. Close to King Street and Parramatta Road. Some of the furniture old and tired - one of the dining chairs broke the first day we were there. A little more love and closer attention to unit cleanliness and maintenance would make this a perfect place to stay."

I had issues with a broken toilet seat and a broken venetian blind in front of the French doors onto the balcony. The toilet seat was fixed promptly but the guy came to measure up the blind and nearly two weeks later it still hadn't been replaced. I had to have the blind either up or down as I had to tie it up to keep it open. I couldn't access the balcony except when it was up. It meant that I had either...

"Look this place is great but just be aware there are no staff onsite available when things go wrong. I couldn't access my apartment and despite 100 'sorrys' from the nice lady in the phone i was told that the 'escalation' team were not avaible to assist. 2 hours shivering in a hallway later i discovered they had left me the wrong key in the lockbox and the key to the alternate apt (which ALSO) didn't work wa so actually the correct key. Oh..also the internet didn't work Mistakes happen but...

"Had me worried as the property mamanger didn't give access instructions until the day we were due to check in. Other than that, property is about 6 mins drive to station, or about 20mins walk, or you have uber and taxi. Bedrooms are clean and spacious. Toilet looks like it was replaces with a new one, bath tub/shower is in need of replacement tho. Overall it was a good stay, just didn't like the poor lighting to the property entrance, sensors didn't kick in unless you move around a bit. "
