"Excellent property and host, well described. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Although all required permits are provided, street parking availability varies with time of day and beach lot parking, while reasonably convenient, was commonly gated and locked. Apparently there is a code to open the lock, but we did not learn of that until the end of our stay which caused some inconvenience. "

"The location of this property is amazing. I am from Nebraska and two families stayed here. The pool was great for the kids and adults even though it was late fall. The pool heater worked great but the charge to heat is expensive and once you inquire cannot be undone once you have the invoice. Check in and out was very easy. Perfect location to use as a base for excellent food exploring (great restaurants and Farmer's Market) and to visit museums (Petersen, Getty, LACMA).
