"Mandala staff go above and beyond! They are truly the highlight of a stay here. So helpful and kind. All the little things are taken care of without you having to ask. Airport transfer - done. "Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There were good and bad things but if I was to go back I could stay there again. It’s a cheaper option than other hotels in station 2/3 as it’s still a bit of a walk there (20 min to station 2 for example) and therefore is located in a quieter area away from the crowds - that was a must for me. The beach is great, right in front of the hotel and is mostly empty as most people go to the beach nearer the area of station 2 so that was also perfect for peace...

"The hotel is almost too big. Staff were friendly, but I prefer the smaller resort hotels in the Philippines. Staff are more attentive and it feels more homely. Hotel restaurant was expensive but goods. Five minute walk to the beach or transportation out front to get there easier. Pool was big and nice. "We thought the property was nice enough, but quite expensive compared to other options in the area for not much extra. We had to change rooms to get the room type we requested, and the room we ultimately ended up in had construction going on in the hiding next to it, even through the evening, so sleep was difficult. "We got 2 apartelles for family mini vacation it was good weekend except for the loosen flooring (easy fix by using fluid nail glue... cheaper that redoing the grout).If you like cooking your own food this is a great place for you and your family, they have all the kitchenware you need.
