The Space:
Enter the home through the attached garage where you will have access to one parking space. From the garage, you will arrive at the lower level of the home to a dynamic space that includes a mud room area, laundry area, and a full bathroom. Store your outdoor gear in the built-in storage shelves, ample coat racks, and storage cubbies the mud room area provides, or drop off any dirty items on the other side of the room where you will find the washer and dryer conveniently located. This level also features a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower with a glass door.
Head up the stairs from the lower level and arrive at the main living floor of the home. At the top of the stairs to your right, you will find a beautiful updated full bathroom with a spacious single-sink vanity and a shower/bathtub combo. Next to the bathroom is the first bedroom which features a queen-size bed, sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard, matching nightstands with lamps, a tall dresser, and closet space.
Venture back down the hallway and arrive at the large beautiful open living room and dining area complete with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, soaring windows, and modern finishes throughout. The living room provides enough space for your group to relax together with a spacious sectional sofa, two lounge chairs with ottomans, a coffee table, and a cozy rug warming up the space. Enjoy a movie on the 55” mounted flat-screen TV or warm up by the gas fireplace located in a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone hearth. To the side of the spacious living room is the large dining table with seating for 8 on two chairs and a large wooden bench. The table is located near the soaring windows and sliding glass door leading out to the front deck providing beautiful natural lighting over the area and views over the surrounding nature to enjoy while you dine. This dynamic space will become a favorite area for your group to hang out together! During the summer months enjoy the sunny days out on the large front deck where you will find a propane grill and 6 patio chairs.
Tucked off the living room and dining area is the fully equipped kitchen featuring lovely dark wood cabinets and white countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances such as the 36” Wolf stove top range, ample counter space, and a walk-in pantry.
When you are ready to settle in for the night head back to the living room to reach the additional three bedrooms of the home. At the bottom of the stairs just off the living room, you will find a large bunk room providing sleeping space for several in your group with two twin bunk beds featuring a queen-size bed on the bottom and full-size beds on top. Climb up the ladder to reach the loft space of the room where you will find two additional twin beds. The bunk room features a dresser with a mounted TV above.
Make your way up the stairs to reach the additional two bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed, attached bathrooms, and vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams. The master bedroom is a beautiful space with great views out to the front yard, two large dressers, matching nightstands with lamps, and a TV so you can enjoy a movie from bed. The attached updated master bathroom boasts a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, double-sink vanity with ample under-the-sink cabinet space, and a separate area with the toilet for added privacy.
The second upstairs bedroom has gorgeous views over the backyard area that you can enjoy from the comfortable king-size bed. In addition, the room features matching nightstands with lamps, a cozy nook area with views overlooking the surrounding nature, a dresser, and a mounted smart TV. The attached bathroom is a bright space that features a double-sink vanity with beautiful cabinets and a white countertop, and a large walk-in shower with a built-in bench and glass door. In addition, at the end of the upstairs hallway, you will find an open loft area with chairs and a desk that overlooks the main level.

Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces. Guests will also have access to one parking place in the attached garage, and space for three more vehicles in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
This North Lake Tahoe home is surrounded by a beautiful forested area less than 10 minutes from Tahoe City, the perfect location for enjoying the scenery and nature of the area while being minutes away from town! A short walk down the street will take you to the public access to the beautiful Paige Meadows, which is great for an easy family stroll or a big adventure into the mountains along the famous Tahoe Rim Trail. The famous Sunnyside Resort is a 5-minute drive and right next to Tahoe Park, where you can have a great meal or rent any type of watercraft imaginable. Enjoying some of the best slopes in the area at Alpine Meadows Ski Resort and Palisades Tahoe, both located within a 20-minute drive from the home placing endless outdoor adventures at your fingertips.
Getting Around:
The home is not within walking distance of the public transportation TART, with the closest stop just under 2 miles from the home. This stop is on the Mainline and is stop Hwy 89 at Sunnyside Ln which runs every hour. Take advantage of the home's close driving proximity to Tahoe City and make the short 10-minute drive where you can use the FREE park and ride to reach locations such as Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort. With HWY 89 just minutes away, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas located around Tahoe City.
Tahoe has UBER, Lyft, and many taxi companies.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
Please note that it frequently snows in Lake Tahoe in the winter months and as this home is well above lake level on a hill it gets A LOT of snow. If you are renting this home from November through March, please remember that there may be winter driving conditions, and a 4-wheel drive with all-terrain tires or snow chains for your 2-wheel drive tires might be necessary for safe travel. In the winter, we strongly suggest a truck or SUV with AWD or 4WD and all-terrain tires. Even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days, side roads can still be icy and have snow on them.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
