Reynold's Charming West Shore Cabin

This charming Lake Tahoe cabin was built in 1955 and is situated on Tahoe’s Magical West Shore, just a short drive from Tahoe City. It is set back on over a half-acre lot offering guests privacy while enjoying the wooded setting. A darling vacation rental with four bedrooms and two baths, which will sleep up to eight people and you can even bring along one well-mannered pet. There is a large garage/shed for all of your winter or summertime outdoor equipment. Upon entering this home you will find yourself in the living area with high whitewashed ceilings, cozy furniture and a stone gas-burning fireplace. Off to the side is the well-equipped kitchen and simple dining area. At the back of the house, you will find the master bedroom with a Queen size bed, access to the garage, a large closet and its own full bathroom. Thru the French doors, you find yourself on a private deck in the backyard, where you can enjoy the sunshine and relax in a hammock stretched between two trees(may not always be set up). In the winter months, there is plenty of room for playing in the snow. There is a full bath at the bottom of the stairs that lead up to a loft area and a small bedroom with a Double size bed. Another set of stairs will take you to two more guest bedrooms, the first has two Twin beds and the other airy room has a Queen size bed. There is wifi. Tennis courts and volleyball are close by at Kilner Park where there is even a playground for the little ones and 7 wooded acres of trails. Very close to Sunnyside Resort, Firesign Cafe and local market. This home is on the shuttle route to the backside of Alpine Meadows, just minutes away. Homewood Mountain is minutes down the road and a short drive will take you to Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley USA.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

Cute cabin
Stayed here with my boyfriend for a birthday trip to Tahoe with our dog. It was a great stay and extremely cozy! The neighborhood was quiet and there was a lot to do around town. Fast replies from the company when we had questions. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy Cabin, Quiet Neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Did the Eagle Lake hike at Emerald Bay, took a bracing cold autumn swim in the lake at Obexer’s, had nice meals at Za’s in Tahoe City, & Sunnybrook—both overlooking the lake. Laughed ourselves silly playing charades at the cabin. AND loved the instant hot water for showers. Thanks for a great getaway!

Great stay!
We came to Tahoe to surprise our daughter who was working in the area for the summer. This house was in the perfect location! There are hiking trails accessible within walking distance, as well as a couple of great restaurants and a small market. The home is exactly as described, and was very clean upon arrival. We would stay again.

Love the West shore of the Lake
The house is charming and fit 6 adults no problem. When we arrived the management company had turned lights on, turned up the heat and started the gas fireplace. It was very welcoming. The house is a short drive to the ski slopes, shopping and fun restaurants- perfect location! The issue we had were the mice, they kept us up with their scratching and were frequent visitors on the lower level. The house is older so this type of thing is sometimes unavoidable. But everyone I spoke to seemed to be aware of this problem except us. I had to spend every morning cleaning up after them in the kitchen so the rest of the party didn’t see the mess.

Perfect cozy stay
Our experience at Pineland was wonderful! Everything we needed was there, check in was a breeze, tons of privacy but close to town, it really was the perfect cozy vacation home for our crew!

Cute cabin close to Sunnyside!
We had a great stay at this cabin. It was cute and compact. We only used 2 out of the 4 bedrooms. Two negative things was one the washing machine did not work and two there were no screens on the windows down stairs and it was very hot inside during the night! Other than that we had a great time! Thanks!
