Guests will have access to the entire home, which includes a spacious deck and hot tub. Guests will also have access to 5 parking places, 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway in front of the garage.

The home is 3.5 miles from the beautiful Donner Lake, between the towns of Soda Springs and Truckee, a great location for year-round fun. HWY 80 is minutes away, providing easy access to the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a place to stay for a skiing trip, you can’t beat this home. There are multiple ski resorts for every type just a short drive away! For a family-friendly option, head over to Donner Ranch Resort or Soda Springs Mountain Resort. Want to get in some advanced terrain? Sugar Bowl Resort, less than 5 miles away, is for you! Or, enjoy some night skiing at the only resort to offer night skiing in Tahoe, Boreal Mountain Resort.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
