This impeccably maintained home features an open great room and master suite on the main level! Cozy up on cool nights in front of the fire and enjoy gorgeous forest views. Parking for 2 cars in attached garage and 1 car on driveway. Note that the driveway is steep but does have a heating system to help with ice buildup during the winter months. 4WD or AWD is required to access during winter.

Seeking a responsible group who will take good care of the property! No party groups!

Seeking a minimum 31 night lease from May 1 - June 22, 2024.

Tenants will need to sign a lease in order to fully reserve this property.

Rent is $6,000 per month.
All furnishings included in the rental price.
$3,000 Security Deposit.

House not available for short term rentals (i.e. less than 31 nights). Reservation must be at least 31 nights or longer.

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.

Responsible booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

No Smoking or Vaping.

No commercial photography or filming allowed.

Community quiet hours from 10pm - 7am daily.

All trash must be bagged and disposed of properly within bear bin. No food or beverages can be left outside, in vehicles or within garage.

During drier months, guests must comply with community fire standards / restrictions that maybe in place pertaining to use of outdoor fire pit and / or grill.

This is not a party house and it best suitable for those groups / families looking to enjoy a peaceful stay in the mountains. Any guests violating this clause and / or causing disruption within the neighborhood will be asked to vacate the property immediately and will forfeit any remaining amount paid towards the reservation.
