"As always a greet and meet at the hotel reception. Comfortable room and please T meal although the menu choice never changes. Free parking and lovely friendly staff to make ones stay more enjoyable. Only a minutes walk to Inverness airport and 5 miles from city centre. "

"Hotel is in an excellent location. The room we had was overlooking the river and castle so we were very lucky. We were going to a show at the Eden Court theatre which was only a short walk away. My only criticism is the lack of parking for guests staying at the hotel. "

"Wanted to write a review as it was so good to see the attitude and hard work of all staff members, especially the younger members of the team. Proper hospitality, lovely food, amazing wine list and atmosphere. The hotel was super busy but there's a small army of staff... Including a very cheery breakfast chef this morning, constantly bringing out fresh food... Breakfast was lovely. Also loved the piano player in the evening. Minor criticism, hope it's helpful.... More info at reception on check in, make check in 3pm, not 4. Changing area for pool not very nice, mouldy lockers. However, a five star stay and will return. Thanks."
