"Just spent 10 days at the Riu Vallarta, my second visit to this resort …loved it as much the second time. Nothing negative to say about the staff or the overall resort as a whole. We did arrive with 24 persons in our party, all stayed at The Riu Vallarta, as we got married at Karen’s Place Restaurant on March 8th…was disappointed that we actually had to PAY FOR AN UPGRADE to our room, it was not offered complimentary as a thank you for bringing so many guests with us. "

"Hotel staff is always fantastic here. So very kind and helpful! I hope they figure out the pool chair situation as only some of them have been replaced and my butt hit the ground when I sat in a few of the plastic ones this year. The newer rattan chairs are much better quality and safer. Hope they’re the norm on our next visit. By far, the BEST juevos rancheros in Puerto Vallarta!!!"
