Michelle, Stephanie & Deijan were the front desk staff and they were all great. All the staff were. The hotel has access directly onto the beach, secure parking and a lovely little pool. Beds were comfortable and rooms had everything you might need. "

"Our stay at this beachfront bungalow in Tamarindo was absolutely magical! 🌺 It was the perfect romantic getaway—cozy, private, and just steps from the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset from our porch was unforgettable. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the beach with a lively, fun atmosphere just outside our door. Great food, music, and energy all around, yet still felt like our own little slice of paradise. "Beautiful garden-like property! Excellent service, people were very friendly and helpful. The food quality and selection was great. The beach was right across a small road and the hotel had its own private gated beach area with daybeds, lounge chairs, dipping pool and bar with food orders available. The overall ambiance was perfect for a serene and/ or romantic getaway, for adults only. Loved it! "

"✨ My experience at Hotel Arco Iris was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and came with a wonderfully spacious king-size bed. The pool is in the central part of the property right off the lobby / restaurant / Hangout spot...and 24/7 coffee bar. The only unique aspect, which isn't a fault of the hotel, is the howler monkeys – they can be loud in the early morning, but for me it was comforting & *usually* there's enough time in between howls to fall asleep. Ha! The hotel staff was super friendly - I had a few hours to spare after checkout and before I needed to head to my next destination, and they stored two pieces of my luggage, one very oversized, at no cost. When I have such a pleasurable state at a place like this, It really makes or breaks it trip to a new city...& The Hotel Arco Iris is definitely a big reason why I will be coming back to Tamarindo. "We had a fantastic vacation with our family. The rooms are clean and the property is well kept. The beach is beautiful, but the water was rough. If you want to enjoy a calmer water you can walk or uber to the town beach it’s beautiful and close to the resort. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoy that they had juice stations in the lobby and at the snack bar, so if you were thirsty you could help yourself anytime. The food was delicious and had a great variety for everybody. At breakfast I absolutely enjoyed the smoothie station- all from fresh fruits. The only thing I would preferred to have air conditioning in the buffet. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would return to this resort. Lovely vacation. "
