"We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are impeccable, the spa, the pool and the general atmosphere is very relaxing and very welcoming! We liked the service, especially at the bar and the buffet style restaurant La Veranda.The only slight disappointment was the fact that we were not able in 5 days of our stay to book a dinner reservation at Les Fresques. The lady at reception was not helpful at all. Overall, we had a great time at this resort and this little inconvenience did not...

"A very nice hotel, quite expensive, but it is nearly new so everything is clean and tidy. The self checkin was broken, so we had to speak to the helpdesk, the were very efficient. The aircon was good. The breakfast was good, I love their scrambled eggs. Was quite close to the lake. A very quiet place, I would use again."

"Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"Overall, this place was fantastic. The hotel did not disappoint. Only complaint is we were in the area during the “off season”, and all the surrounding businesses were essentially closed. "The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."

"We arrived and where unsure of the excact location! The GPS showed behind the property! But on closer look we found the Restaurant Lobby to be the check in point! I do not speak French and I was very thankful that the Lady and the Gentleman of the house where able to communicate and bring us to our Room! The Room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The ambiance of the lake in front of the property was superb! We would stay there again 👍"
