"This place has everything we would want including somewhere to store bikes. A balcony front and rear should have garanteed morning and evening sun but the weather god's didn't play ball till day of departure. Nevertheless this was a nice place to stay and Eva available when we needed information. "We loved staying here. The space was very comfortable, private, and the courtyard was a great spot to chill at the end of each day. The building is listed in the Fachwerk Museum in Quedlinburg (worth visiting if you want to understand how such places were built historically) as having been constructed in 1485! The hosts (who live in the building) were very kind and communicative."

"The property was clean and fairy easy to access. Parking was good. The property is in a highrise building from the 70's. Smelled a bit musty. We didn't use the pool or sauna, so can't comment. It was close to downtown and the Sole Terme. We had to pay extra for bedding and towels! The bed was not very comfortable. I am not sure what the mattress was stuffed with, maybe grass, lol. It was hard and uncomfortable. Make sure you bring everything you need, including shower jell, shampoo, etc."

"We got upgraded to a fantastic large room (almost apartment) with a large balcony. This did ofcourse improve our over all impression of the hotel but service in the bar and breakfast restaurant was excellent and so was the breakfast. Perhaps not the cheapest in town but good choice when you want to explore Goslar and rest of The Harz area."
